Friday, September 1 through Sunday, September 10, 2006 Remains have been found in Lake Buchanan in western Burnet County. The remains were found inside a 55-gallon drum. The lake is less than 40 miles from where Rachel disappeared, so we are following the updates.I am awaiting a call from the Williamson County Sheriff's Office to see if they have any updates on the remains. The news is reporting it may take two weeks for the lab to analyze the remains. Monday, September 11 through Saturday, September 30 There is not a lot of news to report. There has still been no official announcement on the remains found in Burnet County. As soon as the information is released I will post it here.The Omaha Missing Adults training class is still on for October 4 through October 6. Project Jason and Rachel Alert Network will host a family night on Wednesday, October 5 at the Omaha Holiday Inn on South 72nd St. It will be an open session for families of the missing and other victims to get together and discuss any issues they have. It is open to the public. |
