The Rachel Alert Network is proud to sponsor
a M.U.S.T. women's self-defense class. The class is free and takes place on Monday,
November 3, 2003, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. It will be held at Crestview United Methodist
Church, 1300 Morrow St, Austin, Texas.

The class will be targeted for females 14 years old and older. Women should
come dressed comfortably and bring their keys with them. Due to the
sometimes graphic content matter, any child under 13 must be accompanied by
an adult.

The founder of the MUST Seminars in 1987, Deb has presented this program to
over 38,000 women and senior adults in a 3-state area. The seminars have
also been utilized by large companies as an exclusive self-defense class for
their employees.
